It is recommended that you read and understand the aforementioned terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the platform.
Digi Kredit reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove parts of these terms and conditions at its own discretion. Any changes made to these terms and conditions will be communicated to the users' email addresses as recorded in our records within a reasonable time from the date of modification. Digi Kredit shall not be held liable if the provided email address is incorrect or does not belong to the user. By continuing to use the platform after receiving notification of these modifications to the terms and conditions, it will be considered that the user has accepted the modified terms and conditions.
If you wish to use the platform, you are required to maintain an account and provide certain information and details, including your name, email address, contact number, and any other information deemed necessary by Digi Kredit, as outlined in the Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality and security of your account, password, and activities conducted within your account. You are also responsible for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to be held liable for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of your password. If you have any reason to believe that your password has been compromised or used in an unauthorized manner, you must notify us immediately. Please ensure that the information you provide to us is true, accurate, and complete. In the event that Digi Kredit becomes aware or has reasonable grounds to suspect that the information provided by you is incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete, Digi Kredit shall have the right to immediately terminate your account without prior notice. It is your responsibility to promptly notify us of any changes to the information shared during registration on the platform.
Digi Kredit collects certain information from you in order to provide services. The use of your personal information by Digi Kredit is governed by the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to:
Use the platform or services for fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, or any illegal and/or unlawful purposes.
Duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the application.
Provide any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable content through uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting, or otherwise making available on the platform.
Use the platform to harm any third party.
Impersonate any individual or entity on the platform.
Forge headers or manipulate identifiers in any other way to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the application.
Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise provide any content that you are not authorized to provide under any law or contractual or fiduciary relationship (e.g., insider information obtained or disclosed as part of an employment relationship, proprietary and confidential information, or subject to confidentiality agreements).
Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise provide on the platform any content that infringes upon any party's patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other proprietary rights.
Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise provide any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation on the platform.
Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise provide materials on the platform that contain computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
Disrupt the normal flow or negatively impact the ability of other users to engage in real-time exchanges.
Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers or networks connected to the platform, or violate any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the platform.
Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws and any legally binding regulations.
You explicitly understand and agree that:
You assume all risks associated with the use of the services and platform. The services and platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The company expressly disclaims all forms of warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Any materials accessed or obtained through the platform, whether downloaded or otherwise obtained, are at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such materials. You have not received any oral or written advice or information from the company that would create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms. The services are for personal, non-commercial use only. You are solely responsible for the use, misuse, and improper use of the services and platform. The company shall not be liable for any damages not expressly specified in these terms resulting from the use of this service. The company makes no warranties, including implied warranties, and explicitly states that it does not assume any obligations: (a) that the content is complete, comprehensive, accurate, or suitable for your requirements, now and in the future; (b) that the platform or services will meet your requirements or operate uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) that the results obtained from using the platform or services will be accurate or reliable.
You agree to indemnify the company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, agents, joint brands or other partners, and employees, and hold them harmless from any claims or demands (including attorney's fees) made by any third party arising out of or related to: (i) your violation of these terms; (ii) your infringement of any rights of other users of the platform; (iii) your use or misuse of the platform or services; (iv) your violation of applicable laws.
To the extent permitted by law, the company shall not be liable for any damages arising from: (a) the use or inability to use the services; (b) the inability to access the platform; (c) the failure or delay in providing services or accessing the platform; (d) any act or omission of the company; (e) any damage to your electronic devices or other property, or viruses caused by your access to the platform or downloading any content from the platform; (f) server failures or any other issues related to or associated with the services.
Subject to the provisions stated above and without limiting them, under no circumstances shall the company be liable for any damages, losses, or platform service disruptions directly or indirectly caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunications equipment failures, changes in applicable regulations (including regulations of the Reserve Bank of Indonesia or any other government regulations), floods, storms, power outages, civil unrest, riots.
